EXPECT MORE INSPIRATION! Prepare to be inspired by the latest boost to our ever-changing centre -- a $220 million expansion, adding 145,000 square feet of retail heaven to Yorkdale Shopping Centre!
With 40 new “first to market” and flagship brands, we’re bringing our customers more of what they expect in the who’s who of retail. And that’s not all. A spacious new “open air” third level food court will double the seating capacity and will feature a dramatic entrance, skylights, a seasonal patio and new restaurant options to tantalize tastebuds in June 2012.
The new food court will reduce waste by 85% with reusable plates and cutlery. Over 800 new premium, underground parking spaces and a designated valet service will enhance the shopping experience.
Yorkdale is committed to sustainability. In addition to the facility’s existing sustainable technologies we’re adding a 65,000 square foot green roof to reduce atmospheric heating. How cool is that?
