Our Customer Service Representatives will be glad to assist you in locating a particular store or to help you find your way around the centre.
Gift Cards
The Yorkdale Shopping Centre Gift Card is available in any denomination between $10 to $500. Receive your gift card and a gift card box. For more information on our Yorkdale Shopping Centre Gift Card Program please click here.
Gift Wrapping
For a nominal fee, customers can get their parcels wrapped by our trained Customer Service Representatives. Gift Wrapping service fees are now one flat rate of $5.00 plus applicable taxes for all sizes*.
*Oversized gift wraps (as determined by Customer Service) will be charged a fee of $10.00 plus applicable taxes.
Lost and Found
If at any time during your visit at Yorkdale, you learn that you have lost or misplaced an item, please contact the Customer Service Centre to inquire if anything has been returned.
Wheelchair Rentals
We proudly provide the complementary rentals of wheelchairs to our customers. At time of rental, customers must provide a piece of identification: Driver’s License, or a deposit on a valid credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD).
