As a member of the Banana Republic team, our stock associates are responsible for helping create an easy and positive shopping experience.

- Assessing replenishment needs and providing assistance and information on product features and benefits
- Enhancing the customer experience through ease of shopping and capability of finding sizes

- Handling all back of house tasks and organization
