What We Do

Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Banana Republic team, our stock associates are responsible for helping create an easy and positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities include:

  •  Demonstrating task oriented behaviours
  • Assessing replenishment needs and providing assistance and information on product features and benefits
  • Enhancing the customer experience through ease of shopping and capability of finding sizes
  • Actively seeking out tasks
  • Ensuring the customer never leaves disappointed
  • Handling all back of house tasks and organization
  • Maintaining store replenishment to meet brand standards
  • Executing all operational processes effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrating values and behaviours consistent with our culture
  • Achieving goals
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Key Qualifications:

  • Task oriented
  • Effective communication
  • Tech savvy


  • Previous experience in stock positions
  • Ability to demonstrate strong time management skills
  • Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
  • Ability to meet brand availability requirements
  • Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
