A form is required of all clients purchasing $9,999 or more. Upon completion of your booking, you will receive an email with form instructions. To complete your form now, visit vip-client.ca/yorkdale/
We will be unable to proceed with your purchase if your form has not been submitted.
It is important to be aware of your credit and debit card daily and total purchasing limits. We recommended contacting your bank in advance to notify them of your upcoming purchase.
We accept Debit Card, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay, JCB, and WeChat Pay. Please note, we do not accept Prepaid cards. Additionally, at this time we are not accepting cash payments.
Where To Go
Your private purchasing appointment will take place in the Yorkdale Luxury Lounge hosted in the Centralized Pick-Up Area (located between Urban Behaviour and The Cheesecake Factory). When to Arrive
We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to check-in. If you missed your scheduled appointment time, we will ask that you kindly re-book a new appointment time based on availability. To re-book please visit VIP.Yorkdale.com
