Your job as a Branch teller at CCE requires providing clients with exceptional customer service while offering a range of services and products to meet their financial needs. In addition to processing counter transactions, you will respond to telephone and email inquiries, open new accounts, identify client needs, and recommend suitable products or solutions. You will also be assisting in the opening and closing of the branch, sending out packages/deposits and helping out in the branch for all needs.
- Completion of high school or equivalent
- 1 year experience in retail environment with handling cash, an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Superior customer service skills and ability to build relationship with clients
- Proficiency with numerical calculations
