- Providing a consistent premium customer experience
- Welcoming and guiding customers through the store, provide refreshments, identify their needs
- Advising, demonstrating and selling Miele products, accessories and services.
- Ability to up-sell and cross-sell through active listening and understanding consumer needs
- Liaising with the client from point-of-purchase to post-purchase to ensure best service is provided
- Achieving store sales target
- Ensure customer is aware of cooking demonstrations and events, book events for them and if applicable assist during event
- Ability to navigate all digital tools with ease and help visitors to do the same
- Assist and support the store manager in ensuring a premium product and brand presentation throughout the Miele store
- Handle regular customer complaints
- Business / Retail certificate / degree
- More than 3 years of Retail sales experience, preferably with a luxury brand
- Outstanding organizational, presentation, computer and communication skills a must
- Flexibility – must be able to work retail hours – evenings and weekends
