European apparel collection, our upscale boutique store features contemporary outerwear and sportswear collections, Made in the USA blanket collection and other lifestyle accessories.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Sales Associate Status: Full time or Part time + hourly + commission

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: (Includes but are not limited to)

  • Achieve and exceed Goals: personal sales, Average Dollar Sale (ADS), Units per Transactions (UPT)
  • Engagement with the customer in accordance Woolrich selling and service standards
  • Effectively demonstrates and adheres to all Company initiatives, M.O.D, Clientele Program, Dress Code
  • Adhere to Clocking in/out procedures
  • Process all Best Store transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Process all returns and exchanges professionally
  • Follow up with customer charge sends, repairs and holds
  • Maintains Company merchandise presentation and marketing standards
  • Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Maintain store and staff safety
  • Attend all store meetings
  • Assist in inventory preparation and execution
  • Work with all associates in the store to maintain a professional and productive work environment
  • Adheres to all Company Policy and Procedures
  • Adheres to all local, state and federal laws
  • Professionally interacts with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives
  • Influence and assist the customer in making purchases that satisfy the customers’ needs and desires to achieve the store goals

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers
  • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and reports
  • Ability to perform fundamental mathematical calculations
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
  • Ability to climb ladders or stairs (depending upon store design)
  • Ability to move or handle merchandise and boxes throughout the store generally weighing 0 –40 pounds
  • Ability to work varied hours: nights, days and weekends to support the business needs
  • Standing, walking, squatting the majority of the work week

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years previous customer service experience (luxury preferred)
  • Loyal customer base or experience with Clienteling (preferred)
  • Accuracy with money handling
  • Basic mathematical ability
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
