Woolrich, Inc is seeking fashion minded individuals to join our Yorkdale Shopping Centre team. Showcasing the John Rich& Bros. European apparel collection, our upscale boutique store features contemporary outerwear and sportswear collections, Made in the USA blanket collection and other lifestyle accessories.

JOB DESCRIPTION – Stock Associate
Reports to: Store Manager
Status: Hourly

Stock Associate will assist Store and Assistant Manager in stock operations, client service, and human resource functions of the store to ensure maximum profitability and compliance with company procedures, which will enable the store to meet and exceed the sales goals.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
(Includes but are not limited to)
• Assists in achieving goals: store sales, ADS, UPT, SPH

• Ensure the Sales and Service module is executed consistently and personally leads by example

• Analyze reports (Sell Through and Productivity Report), communicate appropriate information to business partners to maximize business opportunities and improve store profit

• Effectively teaches, demonstrates and ensures all store staff complies with all Company initiatives: Training Programs, Selling Programs, Dress Code

• Complies with all Company direction on merchandise presentation and marketing standards

• Assist in implementation of Store Events

• Assist in developing staff to ensure manpower succession

• Assists in management of inventory shipping and receiving procedures

• Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization

• Assist in the preparation of store and direction staff for store inventories

• Assist and attend all store meetings

• Work with all associates in the store to maintain a professional and productive work environment

• Adheres to all Company Policy and Procedures

• Adheres to all local, state and federal laws

• Professionally interacts with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives in the Organization

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers

• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation and analyze reports

• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area and register area

• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store

• Ability to climb ladders or stairs (depending upon store design)

• Ability to move or handle merchandise and boxes throughout the store generally weighing 0 – 40 pounds

• Ability to work varied hours and days to oversee store operations

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 2 years previous related experience to stock management

• Proficient computer experience with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

• College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
