To better serve our customers, we will be offering curbside pickup for email and phone orders at MUJI Yorkdale starting December 31st, 2020. Once an order is placed, customers will be asked to make payment over the phone. At this time, we are allowing credit card payments only. We will not accept debit or cash, or any payments via email communication. We apologize for the inconvenience – this protocol is in place to protect our customers’ information.
We will also accept payment from customers who wish to use their Yorkdale gift cards – the procedure is the same as above.
Curbside clientele will be asked to provide their receipt number, 2 forms of identification, and signature upon pickup. For clients whom are having someone else pickup their order, MUJI Yorkdale requires full contact details of this individual prior to pickup, they will also need to provide 2 forms of ID, the receipt number, and signature upon pickup.

Returns & Exchanges:
MUJI Yorkdale will accept returns (by credit card only at this time) and exchanges of merchandise with the original receipt until January 31st, 2021. Please call the store for more details about our current return procedures.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued without the original receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original tender of the price paid. The returned merchandise must be new, unused, and unopened in the original packaging. Clothing that is unworn with tags and receipt can returned and exchanged.
MUJI reserves the right to deny any return/exchange based on the condition of the merchandise.
