Saturday June 2, 10:30am-11:30am, American Girl Summertime Cookie Party!

In this class we’re going to bake (and eat) some poolside, beach-worthy treats. Cookie stamps and colourful decorations make them great fun to make at your next sleepover! On the menu: Summertime Sugar Cookies. Cost $40.00 (ask about multiple children pricing)

Sunday June 3, 12:00-1:00pm, Michael Mina’s Ultimate Burger Bar

We teamed up with award-winning author Michael Mina to create pub-style seasonings and sauces that will put your burgers over the top! In this class we’ll also share the chef’s tips and tricks for preparing awesome burgers every time. Class includes a burger, Classic Burger Seasoning and Secret Sauce to take home! Cost $40.00pp

Sunday June 10, 12:00-1;30pm, Braising Like a Professional

Cost $50pp, includes a copy of ‘One Pot French’ Cookbook. No matter if you’re a party of one or more, you’ll learn classic techniques for braising. After this class you’ll be comfortable enough to apply your new skill to fish, foul or meat! This is an ideal class for beginner to intermediate cooks. Chef Jennifer Decorte is cooking from her book One Pot French. Great One Pot Meal technique is easy and delicious! Because most braised dishes are ideal for freezing you’ll cook once for multiple tasty portions.

Wednesday June 13, 6pm-7:30pm, Air Fryer Cookbook Club

Thanks to the innovative Air fryer, you can enjoy favourite fried foods prepared with little or no oil! Join us and learn how to make tasty, healthful recipes from the ‘Air Fryer cookbook, developed by the Williams-Sonoma Test kitchen. Turmeric Teas is a Toronto-based tea company specializing in organic loose-leaf tea with turmeric root. Turmeric is a powerful spice which has recently gained popularity in the Western world with abundant health benefits. However, turmeric is not a familiar ingredient in the Western world and many of us struggle to incorporate turmeric into our diets and therefore have not been able to benefit from the many preventative and healing properties of curcumin, the active ingredient in turmeric. Turmeric Teas is hoping to change that by making it easy for everyone to enjoy the healing benefits of turmeric through our four delicious tea blends. Drop in and enjoy tastings!

For delicious inspiration, we’ll share topping ideas from the chefs in Williams Sonoma’s Chefs’ Collective. Class includes WS Hot Dog Bomb Sauce.$40pp.
