Ingredients:
– 2 (15 ounce) cans (~3 cups) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
– 2 medium avocados, peeled and stone removed
– 1/4 cup tahini
– 1/4 cup lemon juice (~1 lemon)
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– salt to taste
