    • Where can I redeem an Oxford Gift Card PLUS?

      Oxford Gift Card PLUS can be used to purchase merchandise and services from participating merchants within any one of the Oxford Properties Shopping Centres, and Urban Retail Centres. For a list of participating retailers, click here. Locations include: ONTARIO – Scarborough Town Centre, Scarborough; Upper Canada Mall, Newmarket; Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill; Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Toronto; Square One, Mississauga. ONTARIO URBAN RETAIL – Richmond-Adelaide Centre, Metrocentre, WaterPark Place, Toronto. ALBERTA – Southcentre Mall, Calgary; Kingsway Mall, Edmonton. ALBERTA URBAN RETAIL – Centennial Place NOTE: Merchant acceptance list is subject to change; please check with Guest Services at the property for the most up-to-date version of the list. Oxford Gift Card PLUS can be used at most retailers where VISA cards are accepted within our centres.

    • I received an Oxford PLUS Gift Card as a gift, do I have to use it at the mall where it was purchased or can I use it at any Oxford location?

      You can use the gift card at any of our shopping centers or Oxford locations. For any other questions, please contact customer service at your local mall or email us at: ccsupport@oxfordproperties.com

    • Can I use my gift card online?

      Gift cards can only be used at Oxford Shopping Centre. They cannot be used for online transactions at this time.

    • How do I use my eGift card?

      Bring your eGift card to any Oxford Shopping Centre to redeem for a physical gift card at Guest Services. Only $5,000 in eGift cards can be redeemed per customer per day.

    • How much money can I put on an Oxford Gift Card PLUS?

      You can purchase an Oxford Gift Card PLUS card in any dollar amount you choose from $10 to $1,000. There is a daily maximum purchase limit of $5,000 per person per day. Corporate customers may complete a Know Your Business application for approval to purchase over the daily limit. Please contact the shopping centre for more information.  

    • What happens if I need to return something, I purchased with my Oxford Gift Card PLUS?

      Be sure to keep your Oxford Gift Card PLUS in case you need to return merchandise for credit. However, it is important to remember that merchandise return and refund policies vary by merchant. If a credit is issued to the cardholder, the credit may not be added to the available funds for up to seven business days depending on the process followed by the vendor. Check your balance regularly online to determine when your card has been credited for the return.

    • How can I check the balance on my Oxford Gift Card PLUS?

      To get the balance on your card please call the toll-free number located on the back of the card to make automated balance inquiries or stop by Guest Services at your nearest Oxford Shopping Centre. Please note that retailers do not have access to see the remaining balance on your card.

    • I have several gift cards and wish to combine them all onto a single gift card. Is this possible?

      The consolidation of balance from multiple Oxford gift Cards onto a single card is not permitted.

    • Why was my online order declined/why did my online order fail?

      Check all information entered. Ensure the billing name and address are the same as your credit card name and address. If further assistance is required, please email us at giftcards@oxfordproperties.com.
