24/7 Security

Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Our Security team patrols and monitors Yorkdale Shopping Centre and its parking facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Yorkdale Security is onsite 24/7 and utilizes extensive CCTV footage of the property to ensure Yorkdale is a safe and secure shopping environment. In addition, Security also provides the following services:

• First Aid & AED
• Safe Walk Program
• Security Patrolled Parking Lots
• Vehicle Assistance – Vehicle Search, Tire Inflation, Battery Boosts
• Emergency Preparedness

• Family Washroom – Yorkdale offers three family washrooms equipped with change tables. View on map.
• Nursing Room – For your convenience, the centre has four nursing rooms. View on map.
• Expectant Mother & Small Children Parking – Yorkdale has designated parking stalls for expectant mothers and visitors with small children near each entrance.

Our security team can provide helpful auto services including battery boosts and assistance with flat-tires. Personal escorts to  your vehicle are also available. For more details, call Security at 416-789-9550.

In addition, we offer two complimentary tire-inflation stations are on site to serve drivers and cyclists. They are located on Parkade E – P1 & Parkade G – P1.

Located in G P1 & P2 for a fee of $2 per half hour.

Wheelchairs are available at a first come, first serve basis at our East Guest Experience Desk by Sport Chek. We require a valid government photo ID and credit card.

Scooters are available at a first come, first serve basis at our East Guest Experience Desk by Sport Chek. We require a valid government photo ID and credit card.

Yorkdale Shopping Centre offers complimentary Wifi to guests visiting the shopping centre. Please connect to the network, “YORKDALE FREE WIFI“.

To gain access to the network, users will be kindly asked to provide their email address and postal code, as well as acknowledge the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement. Alternatively, users can also be granted access to the network by signing-in in with your Facebook account.

SPC (Student Pricing Cards) are available for purchase in-store only at American Eagle, Aerie, Samsung, and Shoppers Drug Mart. For more details please visit the SPC website.

Parcel check is being offered at our East Desk free of charge however, a waiver must be agreed upon before accepting any items.

The following items are NOT being accepted at this time:

• Coats/Outerwear (Coats that were just bought and still in their retailer bag we can accept)
• Purses or other personal belongings
• Medicine
• Jewelry
• Money
• Electronics (e.g. laptops, tablets, smartphones)
• Food and Beverages
• Bikes
• Car Seats/Strollers
• Dangerous items

Coat Check is available at our East Guest Services Desk, located by SportChek.

Curbside valet parking is available at our South Valet beside Holt Renfrew for $20. View on map.
