CONTEST RULES

No purchase necessary. Open to residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who meet age and eligibility requirements. Contest runs from August 18, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time (Toronto) to September 6, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. Eastern Time (Toronto). Enter by visiting Yorkdale’s Guest Experience desk in person completing a form at Guest Services. Prizes: Three (3) prizes areavailable to be won, each consisting of a Sephora Hair Care Gift Set with an approximate retail value of $300 CAD. Odds depend on number of entries. Skill-testing question required.

Winner must complete a declaration of eligibility and provide contest sponsor with a full release.

1. Contest Sponsor

This contest is administered by Oxford Properties Group (referred to in these Rules as “Oxford”). This contest is sponsored by Oxford. Where any company other than Oxford is identified as a sponsor of this contest, that other sponsor is responsible only for providing or fulfilling its portion of the travel prize. The other sponsor is not responsible for administering this contest, selecting winners, verifying eligibility, conducting the draw, or any other aspect of contest administration.

All administrative responsibilities remain solely with Oxford.

2. Contest Period

The contest starts on August 18, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Time (Toronto) and ends on September 6, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. Eastern Time (Toronto).

3. Eligibility

Who can enter

• You must be an individual (not a company or group).
• You must be the age of majority in your province or territory of residence or if you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must have your parent or legal guardian’s permission and your parent or legal guardian must accept the prize on your behalf and must co-sign the declaration of eligibility and release on your behalf.
• You must be a legal resident of Canada excluding Quebec.

Employees or volunteers at retailers located in any Oxford shopping centre can enter if they meet the above requirements.

Who cannot enter

• Employees, directors and officers of Oxford, its affiliates, or their advertising and marketing partners.
• Immediate family members of the persons described above, including parents, siblings, children, and spouses (including common-law spouses).

If Oxford determines, in its sole discretion, that you are not eligible or have not complied with these Rules, you will be disqualified. If you have already been selected as a winner and have received your prize, you must return the prize to Oxford at your own cost within ten (10) days of receiving notice from Oxford. Oxford reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies to recover the prize value if the prize is not returned.

4. How to enter

Oxford must receive your entry between the start and end date and time for the contest listed above. You may enter once through the following method:

In-Person Entry

You can enter by filling out a contest entry form at Guest Services at Yorkdale Shopping Centre and submitting it in person.

5. Prizes

• There are three Sephora Hair Care Gift Set prizes to be won.
  • Sephora Hair Care Gift Set consisting of name brand hair care products with an approximate retail value of $300 CDN each.
• The total value of all prizes is: $900 CDN
• Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by Oxford.
• Prizes must be accepted as awarded and have no cash surrender value. Prizes are not transferable, assignable, or exchangeable and will not be substituted, except that Oxford may substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value in Oxford’s discretion.
• Winners are solely responsible for all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not expressly included in the prize description, including but not limited to transportation, accommodation, meals, gratuities, insurance, service charges, delivery, installation, setup costs, and all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal taxes.

6. Odds of winning

Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. How potential winners are chosen

• On September 7, 2026 at 9:00 A.M. EST, Oxford will select potential winners from the eligible entries.
• Potential winners will be selected by random draw starting with the potential winner for the first prize listed above.
• Oxford will try to contact each potential winner using the contact information provided with the entry up to 3 times within 7 days. If Oxford cannot reach you or you do not respond during that time, you forfeit your entry and Oxford may pick another potential winner.

Oxford is not responsible for failed attempts to contact a potential winner due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact information provided by the entrant.

8. How confirmed winners are chosen

To be confirmed as a winner:

• You must meet all eligibility rules.
• You must show photo ID to prove you are the selected entrant.

• You must sign a release form provided by Oxford. This form confirms you meet the rules, releases Oxford and its affiliates from any liability, and includes a skill-testing question you must answer correctly.

• You must return the signed form and show your ID by September 14, 2026.

  If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must sign the release and provide photo ID.

  If you don’t meet these requirements, you forfeit the prize and Oxford may pick another winner.

  9. How to get your prize

  If you are confirmed as a winner, you can get your prize by:

• Pick up in person: You must pick up your prize from Oxford at Yorkdale Shopping Centre, Guest Service, 3401 Dufferin Street, Toronto, Ontario M6A 2T9.

• If you can’t pick it up: You can authorize someone else (who is over the age of majority) to pick it up for you. To do this, you must give us written notice with that person’s name.

  That person must show ID to confirm they are authorized.

  If you are under the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must pick up the prize.

  10. Other important rules

• This contest is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited by law.

• By entering, you agree to these rules and all applicable laws.

• Oxford’s decisions are final with respect to all aspects of this contest. There is no right of appeal.

• Oxford may suspend, cancel or change the contest if it determines there is an error in the contest, these Rules, or the method of awarding prizes, or there is a technical problem, fraud, or any other matter that interferes with the contest or the integrity of the winner selection process. Oxford will post a notice of suspension, cancellation or change on its website or the shopping centre website or its social media account. Oxford has no liability whatsoever for any suspension, cancellation or change.

• Oxford and its affiliates are not responsible for technical issues, lost entries, or any damage related to entering the contest.

• By entering, you allow Oxford to use your first name and photo for contest publicity and to use your personal information to run the contest. See Oxford’s privacy policy at https://www.oxfordproperties.com/home/privacy-policy.

• Any attempt to cheat or disrupt the contest may result in disqualification and legal action.

• If you enter using a mobile device, you are responsible for any data charges.

• Manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and retailers of prizes are not sponsors or administrators of this contest and are not responsible for any matter relating to the administration of this contest.
