Starbucks is warming hearts and serving extra cheer this holiday season with the debut of their first Holiday Tree at Yorkdale. Inspired by the belief that we are all merrier when we’re together – whether that’s spending time shopping, dining or grabbing a coffee at your local Starbucks with your favourite people – the 30-foot tree features over 600 ornaments, including glimmering stars with messages designed to spark joy and inspire togetherness.
To inspire an additional magical moment of connection and togetherness for the holidays, two guests will have the opportunity to bring magic to the Starbucks Holiday Tree, through a light show, everyday at 12 PM, starting November 13 until December 24.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
Your reservation is non refundable. However if you need to reschedule, you can do so by following the information on your reservation confirmation email. Your appointment must be rescheduled prior to your scheduled reservation time.

A Note to Our Guests
DISCLAIMER
Please keep in mind that there may be other pets present during your time slot, and we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment for everyone. While we strive to have each sessions as stress-free as possible, due to the public setting, it may not always be feasible.
We encourage all pet owners to arrive as close to their scheduled time slot as possible to minimize interactions with other pets. To ensure the safety and comfort of all animals – please leash or safely contain your pets until your session begins, and follow the guidance provided by Santa’s team.
A kind reminder that pets are not permitted in the Shopping Centre, with the exception of service animals.
PET GUIDELINES
- Only dogs and cats are welcome – no other animals are permitted.
- Must enter and exit through Entrance A2.
- All pets must be on a leash, in a pet carrier, or held by the owner at all times.
- Owners must immediately clean any “messes”.
- All animals must be current on vaccinations.
- Aggressive/dangerous animals are not permitted.
- Santa set staff, mall management, and security have the discretion to turn away animals if they do not fit the above guidelines or appear aggressive toward people or other animals.
Start your adventure at our launch pad, where you’ll receive a boarding pass before stepping abord Santa’s spaceship equipped with 360-degree screens and surround sound. Prepare for a magical journey through space, arriving at the North Pole in Santa’s control room! Capture the moment with a keepsake photo.

How do I book the experience?

The package price is $49.99 per group (up to 5 people) and includes one 5”x7” keepsake photo with Santa.

What can I expect during the experience?
You’ll board a festive spaceship with 360-degree screens and immersive sound, creating the sensation of traveling through space to the North Pole, where you’ll meet Santa.

Yes! Your child will meet Santa and have their photo taken in his Control Station, where he plans his journey to families’ homes around the world.

Your keepsake photo will be captured in Santa's control room which is festively decorated in rich red, gold and green tones, providing a magical backdrop for your perfect holiday photo.

Is the experience suitable for children with autism or those sensitive to light and sound?
While the experience includes immersive screens and sound, we strive to make it welcoming for all. Families with sensory-sensitive children are encouraged to contact Yorkdale Guest Services to discuss accommodations.

Yes! This is not a motion simulator and involves no physical movement, making it safe and comfortable for all guests.
